With every project being different in nature & client expectations, we can tailor a process to suit your particular needs.

We offer Preliminary Works Agreements (PWA’s), which can turn your initial ideas into a development approved project ready for construction, without the prior commitment of a building contract.

Alternatively we can incorporate selected preliminary items such as working drawings, engineering, council approvals etc. into your building contract, to avoid the upfront costs.

Upon commencement of construction you will have direct access to your assigned Project Manager who will liase with you throughout the construction of your home, scheduling regular meetings to review the progress of your project.

On completion of your property, we will conduct a thorough review to ensure we are delivering on your expectations and our promises. Once this final review is complete, we will meet you at your property for a personal inspection and presentation of warranties, instructions, certificates and keys.
