We offer Preliminary Works Agreements (PWA’s), which can turn your initial ideas into a development approved project ready for construction, without the prior commitment of a building contract.
Our in-house designer has over 20 years experience in designing homes to suit all architectural styles, with one of his designs winning us a major award at the 2018 HIA Awards. There are many beneficial factors in utilizing our in-house designer, namely his thorough knowledge of the building process & a close relationship with our estimators which allows the design of your home to tie in closely with your budget requirements.
Moving forward into commencement of construction, you will have direct access to your assigned Project Manager who will liase with you throughout the construction of your home, scheduling regular meetings to review the progress of your project.
On completion of your property, we will conduct a thorough review to ensure we are delivering on your expectations and our promises. Once this final review is complete, we will meet you at your property for a personal inspection and presentation of warranties, instructions, certificates and keys.
